Hotel is so good! The staff on the reception desk are so friendly and helpful! The rooms are pretty basic and dated but you have everything you need, our room had a huge bed and a good, hot high pressure shower and it’s in a Great location with free WiFi and free parking. The O’beer pub next door is excellent! Awesome food and friendly quick service, it has a great atmosphere and the chef is very passionate! Friendly bar staff will also help with directions and knowledge of local area! The shuttle service to the light link station is really handy collecting and dropping off on the hour! The driver Rick is a fountain of local knowledge and is more than willing to help you with anything you need! And he can speak 6 languages!

While you’re there be sure to visit the Westfield shopping mall. It’s just a short, easy walk from the hotel where you can grab all your shopping needs there and grab a bite to eat, I recommend going to the Olive Garden situated in the car park, and the Korean BBQ inside the mall itself! Downtown Seattle is pretty easy to get to, about 30 mins on the light link and an all day pass is only $6.00 per adult so it’s worth it, you can use it, hop on and hop off anywhere you want as many times as you want.. NICE! Wouldn’t recommend driving into Seattle unless you absolutely have too. It’s quite hard to park and is expensive when you do! The waterfront Aquarium is a must go! And the point defiance zoo is a great day out and is surprisingly cheap, $15 for an adult entry ticket!

First of all I would like to mention that the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. we asked for a handicap room which was $10 more than a regular room. I question why this room was an actual handicap room because there was one bar above the toiliet and it should have been a high rise toilet but wasnt. there was a bath chair inside the room that could be placed inside the bathtub, (the pics we looked at before booking was a roll in shower with benches to sit on) 2 bars installed inside the bathtub wall. ok upon checkin the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. and was happy to supply help with our luggage. They also were very informative on directions to certain locations. There were very few outlets that had available use. The one behind the TV unit made it hard to use, luckily there was a lamp that had an outlet cnnected to it. All in all the room was ok my biggest issue was I didnt feel like this room was adequate to be a handicap room

Room Tip: a restaurant next door, not far to the south center mall
