It's a home away from home! A lovely house with a spectacular view over the bay and Eyeries. Every room is with ensuite bathroom and the sunrooms are great to sit and just marvel at the view. Lovely decor and everything you can ask for. Comfortable, cozy and clean. Quiet with the only neighbors being cows. But the owner of the house lives nearby and is extremly helpful if any questions occur. Also in the sunroom are dvds and books so it won't get boring if the weather isn't good enough to venture out and about. We loved our stay and will come back in the future!

My mother and I stayed here for a week. The house is perfect. There is a downstairs bedroom and a choice of bathrooms and a further 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. All ensuite with lovely fittings and lovely towels. There is a fabulous kitchen/ family diner which is extremely well equipped. Fran provides basics like olive oil and spices. We arrived to milk and teabags and iced buns - a very welcome treat!
The beds are so relaxing after your days out and about.
Eyries has a bistro and access to the strand for swimming. We swam several times. Castletown Bere is less than 5 miles away. We did a lot of walking along the Beara Way.
The sun lounge allows you to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets. Huge choice of DVDs and books. We hope to visit again in 2015 for a family wedding.

We stayed at Cappa House for 1 week, it was a great choice. The house was perfect, clean, cosy and comfortable. The large family kitchen was equiped with everything one might possible need. Cappa House provides amazing views and the sun sets are spectacular.

Fantastic. Very well appointed, spacious and spotless. The Beara is the most beautiful spot in Ireland and the Cappa House gave us the perfect base to start all our adventures. We hiked, went to the beach, shopped, enjoyed local music and had an all around great time.
