You can't beat it for the price! The bed was very comfortable, the shower & tub very roomy. Room amenities include mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, iron & board, quality TV. The free breakfast was surprising -- waffles, eggs, bacon & sausage, biscuits, gravy, and more. Only about two miles to downtown Charleston and a block or two from Coonskin Park. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Philadelphia from Nashville. The place is very well maintained and clean. Rooms are on the smaller side but furnishing is modern and slick. Had an issue with Wifi but that was quickly resolved after I reached out to the front desk staff. Complimentary Breakfast was pretty decent and they also have a restaurant next door. However we decided to drive down to downtown for dinner which is about a 10 mins drive. Overall we were pretty satisfied with the stay here.

Check-in was easy, and the staff was gracious and helpful, particularly Sam on the front desk and Janet the manager. The hotel provides round-the-clock free coffee, popcorn and cookies in the lobby. The free breakfast of biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit and more was great, and the common dining room gave us the opportunity to meet many diverse people. An outdoor gazebo provides a nice place to relax with a drink. The wi-fi is excellent..I've stayed in this hotel for extended stays for more than twenty years and would recommend it to anyone. You are ten minutes by car to downtown Charleston. The restaurant next door has a full menu and will deliver to your room.

Room Tip: any room facing the Elk River

This was the half-way point on our family vacation. The hotel and rooms were very clean and updated nicely. The room was not huge but we were just there to sleep. Breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. The front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful and gave us a great recommendation for a local park (after sitting in the car for a long trip the kids need a stretch). They also had popcorn and cookies in the evening. It was a nice quiet stay with comfortable beds and we would stay here again.

Great location right off the highway!
We were traveling northeast from KY and needed to stop near Charleston for the night. We chose this hotel based on the awesome reviews and were not disappointed.
We were greeted by a nice staff member and cookies! Our queen room was perfectly laid out with an efficient use of space. It looked like a new room, updated paint and decor. The shower was spacious, bed was comfortable and despite the location next to the highway, it was very quiet.
Breakfast was awesome! Many options: make your own waffles, chicken, biscuits and gravy, cooked apples and crispy hashbrowns. Also, pastries, cereal, oatmeal and yogurt. The coffee was great and available all day and night.
If we travel through here and need to stop, we'll be back!
