Obviously, Panera Bread is a chain restaurant. But, we found this one to be better than many other Panera’s we have visited. The place was very clean, staff were friendly, food was ready quickly, and the food tasted great.

The service is deplorable, tables dirty, and the orders wrong repeatedly. I'm going to be done giving them "another chance." Train your employees and insist that they have good manners.

Big fans of Panera, but this was our worst visit ever. The staff was clearly short for even a slow evening and those that were there spent their time talking to friends/family in the restaurant. The manager didn't' appear to care. Dirty, wrong orders, poor value. Just not a Panera experience.

First visit, will be last. Roast turkey on flatbread with cranberries was a slimy mess that included limp spinach leaves, for color I suppose. Threw out the bread, removed stems from cranberries ate the turkey with a few berries. Companion's sandwich also turkey with avocado and a completely unripe, very tough slice of tomato. It is winter. But locally a greenhouse produces reliable ripe tomatoes. His sandwich he pronounced edible, but he threw out tomato. His creamy tomato soup he says was fine. My broccoli cheese was ok. Nether made on the spot, it's obvious. Hot bread pieces had a nice crust but no taste and no butter to help it. Pecan braid had one pecan. Was cold and not good. An older lady tripped over the hard to see parking block as she left. That should be painted yellow, not black like the asphalt. Be warned.
