This place is super rustic and very awesome! Very secluded and out of the way. We had the entire area totally to ourselves. We were having issues locating firewood though and didn’t see a single person or property manager the entire time we were there. Luckily we found some wood at a local gas station.
This is an absolutely adorable cabin nestled in the woods and yet close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. We were very pleased with our stay and will most definitely be a return Customer. Can not believe anyone would give this place a bad review but I guess some people just can't be satisfied but if you like the outdoors and rustic scenery this is the place for you
Our stay started with my granddaughter getting stuck in the bathroom because the inner doorknob didn't work and we couldn't get the door open from the outside. We called the manager and left a message while we unscrewed the door knob from the outside which did no good. When she called back her suggestions were to either "call 911 or kick the door in." We opted to kick the door in since I feel 911 should only be used in life threatening situations. They sent someone the next day to replace the doorknob and fix the door frame. We also were supposed to have TV but the satellite wasn't working the entire length of our stay. The gentleman that came to fix the door said they had called the satellite company but hadn't heard back yet. We also couldn't get the internet until he told us the password. Thank goodness we had taken our tablets with us or we would have had no entertainment. The only pre-warning I had received was that the WiFi was not guaranteed, that it was "iffy." I could have rented a nice motel or hotel room for what I paid for that cabin AND had better services.
