The accommodations are comfortable and perfect if you are attending an event at Geneva National. We filled all 6 rooms and had the whole house to ourselves. The only glitch is that the office for check in is not open 24 hours, so you need to go their sister property to pick up key if you arrive after they close.

This is a great spot for your family weddings. We had a family wedding and we all stayed in large units by family. This allowed us to have a family reunion within our family event. I highly recommend this venue.

We loved the idea of having our rooms in a house. Each house has 3 levels. Two rooms on each. The main part of the house on the main floor had a shared living room with fireplace and comfy couches, awesome views and a full kitchen. The basement/walk out had a nice family room with a ping pong table. The walk out has a nice patio with outside furniture and a gas grill. Never went up stairs tot he top level. We occupied 2 of the main level rooms. Very nice king beds in a large room with an extra twin bed. Beds were very comfortable and quiet for the most part. However, the problem with this is that you are sharing this house with others. We had a bunch of guys occupying the other rooms for a golf outing. We left to go to dinner and when we returned, the dinning room table was filled with an assortment of booze and half eaten food. The kitchen was a disaster! Drinks and plates littered the living room. golf bags were all over the place as was their shoes and coats. They were no where to be found. We cleaned up the living area and used it until we went to bed. At 3 am, the golfers came home and were loud. They also were loud in the morning when they were leaving. The concept is good, but sharing a house with out rules from the resort, is a disaster. If we ever stay there again, I will rent the entire house with friends. There has to be rules to this kind of free for all in the shared spaces. If you are going to use the common areas, you have to treat it like the lobby of a resort. Use it, then clean it up before you leave the area. Pick up after yourself and keep your crap in your own rooms. The property gets 4 stars for the accommodations but for the overall experience, a big fat Zero! We did not have any problems with customer service. We had a maintenance man check out the fireplace as it would not light. They came immediately. We asked for Ice, it was brought right away. We didnt complain about the crazy golf guys. Im just saying, please allow for everyone to have a set of rules, or fine them. Or allow for ones to call the front desk and request extra maid service to clean everything up and charge the perpetrators.

Room tip: rent the whole house, otherwise you might be sorry.

Lovely property. Beautiful golf courses, rooms were nice, food at the steak house is delicious, highly recommend. Customer service is not so great. Checkout at 11 and check in at 4. But somehow our rooms were not ready until 5:30.... and they double charged me for the room...

Designed for an individual or a group stay in mind, each Inn features six separately keyed guest rooms with private baths as well as spacious living, dining and rec rooms, full kitchen, private patio with grill. As a result, they are most often booked in their entirety -- one entire Inn with all six guest rooms -- by a golfing group, corporate retreat, Weddings or family. I would also, like to thank you in advance for sharing your experience. This is so helpful to continue to learn and improve our services. I sincerely apologize for your experience with our Customer Service regarding your delayed check in. . We have many corrective measures for all issues to daily operations for our guests. We have a procedure for all our guests to each room reservation. I have discussed to remind this standard operating procedure to all our associates. Yes, our patio doors open to one of three Geneva National Golf Club’s signature courses of the Gary Player. The keycards provided at check in allow all Inns guests for access to all amenities to include the indoor pool at The Ridge Hotel just across from us on Lake Como. I am so glad to know of your dining enjoyment. Where there is fine dining at its best at our Hunt Club Steakhouse where a menu offers an expansive variety of delicious homemade food. Great selections of an award-winning wine list make the Hunt Club Steakhouse the perfect place to unwind. We would gladly welcome your input. Please reach out to me as the Inns Manager directly. Rooms were mediocre, staff was rude. Key cards did not work. Took over an hour to get it straightened out. No one available on site later in the evening. Parking at clubhouse very limitedStrangers wandering around our venue (from golf outing /insurance conference?)
