Service is top notch, galleries enrich the visit and more than anything, the St. Kate cares that you are happy with your visit. One of our favorites in Milwaukee. Location is perfect for a downtown weekend.

We loved so many things about this hotel, but the art on display and tucked away everywhere was so interesting, innovative and fun; this really made our stay a special experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean and inviting plus the location was convenient and close to many fun things in Milwaukee.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Well located, nice decor, very modern. Vibrant lobby and bar. However on both visits we requested that our room be made up and on BOTH visits this was not done. We had to request it multiple times and was done last minute and hurriedly so obviously not a great job. Also they have this great app that allows you to use your phone as a mobile key. But it’s not clear how to activate the key and absolutely no one at the desk had a clue. They kept offering to give me a physical key which of course we already had from checkin. If you’re going to have the app for goodness sake make sure your people know how to use it!

The Saint Kate Arts Hotel is a super fun experience. The bar and lounge are spacious with many kinds of seating. The staff are all welcoming and accommodating. The room itself had fun amenities like drawing area with colored pencils, record player, youtube and netflix on the tv, a ukulele (that was in tune!), and the view from our ninth floor room was beautiful. The beds are also exceptionally comfortable and supportive. Definitely stay here on your next trip to Milwaukee!

My stay at Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel was enjoyable from the moment I arrived until I departed. The space is gorgeous. The rooms have neat artistic touches, and the places to roam and relax are smart. I enjoyed having a drink and splitting pizzas in the bar area with extended family. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. Also highly recommend the Art and Champagne Tour. Samantha did a great job with bringing the exhibits to life.
