Weather was great for a stay at pheasant park which is walking distance to the main strip of stores and restaurants. Location is great. Lodge is nice. Pool and hot tub were clean. It was a long hallway to get to our room but we didn't mind it. The 3 bedroom was a nice layout with table for 6 and nice living room with fireplace. Nice patio off living room. We were on 3rd floor. It was clean. Only downfall was tv didn't work in two bedrooms and desk person could not fix. Wifi did cut out constantly but not a deal breaker. Overall very nice.

We've stayed here numerous times over the years and have always enjoyed our experience. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't as nice. The king size mattress needs to replaced, it's warn and slants to the center...stayed two nights for approximately $250 a night (not including taxes) and I didn't sleep well either night. If I'm staying somewhere for that much money, I expect a comfortable bed. Also, they go really light on the towels in the bathrooms. I don't think we should need to go find a room attendant for towels every time someone needs a shower. I love the location and overall, I like the place but we will probably stay somewhere different in the future.

Just got back from our annual girls Christmas card stamping trip. We have been coming here for 10+ years and with time things have changed, unfortunately not for the better. There are always minor issues anywhere you stay but over the past 3 to 4 years Pheasant Park Resort has continued to disappoint us. Biggest concern is the customer service: they are not people friendly of those staying there, nor do they look you in the face when you are trying to ask questions or state concerns. We requested a room towards the front for medical concerns that they did not honor and the stories changed from one person to another as to why this happened. The rooms carpet had stains on it, we had earwigs and millipedes all over the living room area, Wi-Fi was touch and go and I wished housekeeping would vacuum daily (they only take out trash and make beds). But I was happy with the maintenance guy for fixing the television for us on a timely manner. When we checked out we told them we will not be coming back due to poor customer service, there response was "don't worry we can always find someone to rent our rooms" Thanks for all those memories but time to move on.....

We had a wonderful large 3 bedroom suite with a wrap around porch that looked off into the woods...very private. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils, the stove burners were small and difficult to work with. The grounds are very kept up and the pool was great. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with them again.
Internet service was spotty.

I loved my stay with my daughter and grand children. Lovely rooms, spacious, very clean and quiet. The staff was very nice, comfortable setting. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. They have an area to grill by the outdoor pool as well. The hot tub is a nice size and they have a sauna which is a bonus.
