Currently only open for dinner on Firday. Ours was excellent. Open also after APTheatre performances for dessert and drinks. Great Fran Lloyd Wright architecture, great views and lovely garden

If you're looking for a quick, delicious fish fry, stop in at the Spring Valley Inn and eat at Pats Place. It comes with a side or two and is really good.

We stayed at the inn and ate here at the restaurant late at night after a performance at the APT. We had pre-ordered a pizza and it was piping hot and good. The crust was not thick or thin, but just right. My husband had one of the local beers, of which they had a good selection to choose from, and I had a good bloody mary drink. The service was fast, and the fire was on in the fireplace, which added to the ambience of the place. I meant to try one of their desserts, but the pizza filled me up! Next time!

We had great meatball subs and the service was wonderful. There were huge windows to watch birds and the beautiful scenery.

Between a tour of Taliesin and seeing a play at nearby American Players Theatre, we had a wonderful dinner at Pat's Place. Chef Cole Rasmussen uses his off-season international travels to inspire new menu offerings. I had a spectacular Vietnamese sandwich called Banh Mi--it was pork, chicken pâté, jalepeno, daikon, carrot, mayo, soy sauce, cilantro, ginger and lemon grass on a ciabatta roll. We also had a delicious beet and goat cheese salad with greens, sufficiently sized to be an entrée. Fresh herbs are grown on premises. This is a small, friendly, casual, family-run restaurant attached to Spring Valley Inn.
