The Bistro is a bit of a hidden treasure. However, if you are going to the Brinton Museum, you must include having lunch there. Delicious fare and delightful service.

Located on the top floor of the museum with good views of the surrounding grounds and mountains. Clean, good food individually prepared and well served by friendly staff. Outside patio available on warmer days.

We hadn't been to the new Brinton Museum outside Sheridan since it got a multi-million dollar new building courtesy of the Mars candy family fortune. First, the building is architecturally gorgeous, the museum world-class, and the Bistro -- well, we'd heard good things, and they were true. The food and service were both excellent, and it was clearly a favor hang-out for local chic "ladies who lunch". Good wine and beer selection, limited, but interesting menu. Well worth the diversion from I-90 through Sheridan to find and enjoy this gem.

The food was a bit pricey, but excellent. The staff was very friendly, and the views are to die for. The building is very nice with an art museum usually worth the price. Very nice.

Can't imagine a nicer dining experience. The food is as spectacular as the beautiful setting of the Brinton Museum. The chef creates delicious food, makes his own fresh ice creams and sorbets, and much more. And you'll love the views (I watched a wild pheasant prance along the patio just a few feet outside of the restaurant). The perfect place to impress a date without being at all stuffy or pretentious. This is an experience you will remember!
