Menu selection is well stocked with choices. Tried the chicken fried steak and was good choice. Portion was good size, not huge and not small, coated just right and cooked right as well. Gravy was kind of generic but okay. Would try if again.

The restaurant/bar/liquor store is in the heart of Historic Cheyenne. Great place to go for a drink and a bite to eat. The house specialty is Prime Ribs and they are great. I come here every time I am in Cheyenne.

My husband nor I had ever been to Wyoming, so when we ended up north of Denver and saw a sign Cheyenne 59 miles, we decided to go for lunch. I checked the lunch recommendations on Trip Advisor and found The Albany. It was outstanding! The atmosphere, the staff and the food were all exemplary. We are so glad we did!!

After picking up the rental car in Denver we headed off on our road trip to Mount Rushmore. Stopped in Cheyenne for lunch and after a walk around the town found the Albany. My husband had a buffalo burger and I had chicken - both excellent. Very friendly waitress too.
