The nicest Inn I have stayed at in a while! Clean, updated, wonderful breakfast with country charm. Conveniently located in Wiamea close to restaurants and shopping. Very close to the historic Parker Ranch

Room Tip: The room could use a blend of soft and firm pillows

Aloha bsweeney2018,

Thank you for appreciated the work we put in to keeping our property clean and comfortable. We hope to complete the final phase of renovations next April, adding even more charm to our home away from home. I hope you got chance to visit the historic Parker Ranch or even perusing through the Paniolo Preservation Society's Paniolo Museum at the Pukalani Stables. Mahalo again for your kind review. Until next time...

A hui hou,
Edlyn Carvalho

Stayed at the Inn for 3 days. Lovely location in Waimea on Big Island, Hawaii. Rooms varied from suites with 2 bedrooms to small doubles. All very nicely done and recently refurbished. Set back from road so very quiet and peaceful with good outlook. Car park area also recently landscaped. Breakfast excellent. Restaurants for evening meals close by but not many open on Sundays.

Room Tip: If cannot find hairdryer check on top of fridge!

Born and raised on this beautiful Big Island I've pretty much been to nearly all resorts from Four Seasons, Mauna Lani to Uncle Billy's & King Kam. Kamuela Inn is such a great place. Gorgeous, clean, quiet, intimate and so welcoming. The setting is perfect and I love the paniolo style horse shoe decor!!! The renovation was nothing shy of amazing! Also had one of the best

Room Tip: Sit back and enjoy!!

Aloha Hakznkelz,

Big MAHALO! We love that you embrace and love our little boutique hotel. It has a timeless charm with that upcountry hospitality that we love of Waimea. Sorry, it seems like some of your review at the end was cut off. I suspect you were wanting to say...Also had one of the best night's sleep on that superb bed? Hehe, just a guess. Whatever it was, thank you!

A hui hou,
Edlyn Carvalho

The room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Employees were very friendly. Easy access to shopping areas. Only complaint was the European shower controls, have to keep turning left or right to completely turn off the water. Would return again.

Aloha,

Thank you for taking time to share about your stay. Yes, those shower controls have minds of their own. We are working with the plumber who installed the system to rectify this issue. Please visit again and I'm glad that you had an enjoyable time.

We are very pleased to know that this little secret hide out in a quiet town of Waimea was recently renovated in every which way! Super clean rooms, super friendly staff, super convenient and also super quiet. The innkeeper, Edlyn is very helpful and eager to serve her guests from around the world. Lastly, super good value for your money$$$ for sure, try it!

Room Tip: up stairs units are little more relaxing.

Aloha Naoki,

It was a pleasure to have you both stay with us again. Mahalo for the compliments and we look forward to your return. I'll have to convince my husband to take one of your fish prints for my office.
