We etayed here for 5 nights and could not have been more pleased. The location was good, just a few buildings from the beach with a lovely lanai wnere we had breakfast every morning. Beautifully and brightly furnished and decorated like a beach cottage. Well, equipped kitchen and good storage space, And the sheets and towels were fresh and clean as was the rest of the unit. This is always a concern with a chort term rental! I would stay here again and not hesitate to recommend it.
Unit 150 was very recently redone. The furniture, linens, dishes, etc., are all new, comfortable, and quite tasteful. The owners did an excellent job. The management company, Great Vacation Retreats, was professional, responsive and provided nice amenities, from high-end toiletries to equipping the unit with beach chairs, sun umbrellas and a cooler, to leaving us a "care package" of bottled water and chocolates. The unit does not have a view of the water, but is ground-floor (which I prefer, as lanais feel more expansive to me than upper-floor balconies) and has a nice outlook over a private nook of the grassy central "quad" of Kiahuna. The walk to Kiahuna's beach (which is great) takes less than one minute. The (very nice) workout facility/pool are across the road and a ways away, but we didn't use them - when I'm in Hawaii I'd rather swim in the ocean and run outside!
