Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. Bell staff and front desk were very helpful, but front desk did not go out of their way when a minor problem arose . Prices are high for food, which was ok . No live entertainment, and no microwave in rooms.Rooms otherwise were updated and very nice overall .

Room tip: Food is expensive, and no microwaves in room, so don’t expect to eat leftovers in room

We regret that we do not offer live entertainment or microwaves in our guest rooms. However, we are glad to hear that you found our updated rooms to be nice overall.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. My daughter was a huge fan of the kids pool. Turtles at the beach right in front of the hotel. Super spacious, modern, clean and high end room with comfy bed and pillows. The front desk staff and all the waitstaff were so helpful, kind, and welcoming. Can’t wait to return!!!

Beautiful resort. Great beach walking path. Great hotels all around with great restaurants. Everything is expensive. They need to purchase more chairs for around the pool and many more chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Should not have to wait around for an available chair by the pool and for the beach. Did not come there to waste time waiting on something that should be readily available to paying customers.

I thought it would be convenient to check in online before i got to the hotel, but I was charged over $5000. They released the funds, but never told me. I had to ask at the end of my stay. I also was asked for a credit card for incidentals and I say $2008 and I was like wait...... They didn't charge that, but to my surprise I saw over $7k on my first entering the hotel. Oh yeah, expect over a $100 a day for small tax and fees not included in the overnight stay price. I had a great time, don't let my experience deter you. I would just not check in online!
