Great customer service- we stayed in two different rooms while visiting San Francisco- we were a family of 7 and we managed to all fit (two full size beds and a triple bunk bed ) - for the price I didn’t know what to expect but I was really pleased with it all. Their attention to detail in design was apparent.

Overall the hotel was perfect. The hotel was an older style, but nicely remodeled. They staff was polite and accommodating throughout our stay. There are some homeless in the area, but the hotel has secured parking. They also had a small breakfast in the morning, and daily coffee options in the lobby available all day.
This was a great location for what we wanted to do. It was clean and quiet with friendlystaff. no elevator which wasn't a big problem for us but the hot water never really got hot in the morning. Overall I would stay again.

Pleasantly surprised when I checked in recently at the Signature for a quick business trip to San Francisco. The hotel is very fresh and contemporary - simple, quick check-in and a room that had more amenities than expected. Bright cheerful colors and modern furniture. The only downside is that there were absolutely no closet space which was not a major problem for me since I was traveling alone so I just lived out of my suitcase on the floor for two nights but it may be an issue for a couple or family (but maybe it was just the room that I had as I just needed a room for one person) Also be warned that there are NO elevators which made carrying my luggage to the third floor a bit of a challenge but that said I have a feeling that the friendly staff would be more than willing to help with the luggage. Customer Service at this hotel is as good as it gets! Neither the lack of closet space nor the lack of an elevator was a deal breaker for me. For the price point, this is an outstandingly good value, and I plan to return to the hotel on my next trip to San Francisco. Highly recommended

Very clean and great atmosphere...your employees were great..very warm. We would definitely stay again. We also felt safe walking around and we didn't worry about our vehicle at all the whole time we were there.
