Cheesecake Factory was on the list to visit in SF after our first visit in 2008 to one in Las Vegas! We arrived upstairs after Macy’s and it was chaos!! About 50 people were standing waiting to get a table, wait on a table or leave. The lifts were next to the desk. We waited around 25 minutes but glad we did. The view from outside is amazing!! This kept us occupied while we waited. Our server was great! He got us water while we waited on our drinks and got the food to us quickly as I had a young baby and an autistic 8 year old so he knew timing was an issue. The food was amazing! Massive portions as I remembered from 2008! The nachos were so good. We were sad when they had been finished! The passion fruit mojito was refreshing and yummy! Definitely recommend! We took cheesecake to take away and the were delicious! The salted caramel was the best in my opinion. The caramel turtle and snickers were good. Service charge was rather steep though! Our server was great but $50 seemed way too much for less than an hours service and after 20 minutes he was floored and we hardly seen him. Amazing food but the charges and tax are a bit crazy!
