OVERVIEW: Sampled French crusty bread hot dog bun 33 times over 5 months and consistently chewy, crispy, and yeasty. Excellent in every sample.

TIPS & TRICKS:
@ZIP LOCK IT - stays fresh for a week
@FERRY PLAZA FUN - For people watching and hearing hearing stories, go on Saturday during farmers market. Lots of people looking to relax and have a good time.

I luv bread.

Yeast is a wonderful thing.

I don't like the lines, but if there is no line.....just go and point to something (no matter what it is), pay for it and enjoy!

Suggestion: find some cheese next door..... and a bottle of wine less than twenty steps away. Uncork the wine before you leave the store (ask for two plastic cups) and find a spot to share a bit of romance.

Our Sonoma home town has limited Acme bread available so we always stop by for a load to take home. Rustic baguette and epi are favorites along with currant rolls. Pop them all in freezer for several weeks of enjoyment.

Great bread, rolls, pastries, croissants, ect... at really great prices. Most things are really over priced at the Ferry Building, Acme Bread has very standard "town" prices. Great place to stop for a quick nibble before you explore the city, or grab a few for the munchies later on in the day. Delicious breads, rolls, buns, pastries, all to go.
