First night was located in room 102-in the corner right next to the laundry room. The maids linger outside this room talking while they do laundry, making it sometimes hard to get in and out of the room. Room was slightly larger than other rooms, being in the corner. Shower had very poor pressure. Rooms have a smell to them-kind of like cleaning supplies-not very pleasant. The bed was comfortable however the sheets felt damp.
Second night was in room 103 next door. Smaller room, but with a tub instead of just a shower. Very crowded-not much space to put your luggage. Also the sink is outside the bathroom, right in the room. No countertop at the sink to place anything.
"Breakfast" is cereal bars, and some danishes with coffee only and powdered creamer. Not adequate for us, and no options for a gluten free diet.
The best thing about this hotel is the location-it is walking distance to all the sights near and around Fisherman's Wharf.
They also had problems with being able to put through my pre-paid reservation. Finally they found out that their software was to blame, but not before we went through a lot of grief.More
