Folks were nice and check in was nice but it is a tired Holiday Inn Express and management probably knows this already.

Its location is fine as it is close to eateries, gas stations, etc. so it behooves Holiday Inn to make this property a showcase.

I'm glad to hear that your stay with us was somewhat satisfactory but for your concern regarding the property's appeal.I extend to you my sincerest apologies. You are correct: I am fully aware of some needed updates to our hotel and it is a work currently in progress. Our valued guests are at the heart of all we do and we strive to ensure the best stay experience possible. My goal is exactly that: to make our property the showcase that it is for our valued guests.

I will stay here again if I'm in the area. This is your typical HIE and for the most part they are consistent. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The towels do need an update as they felt a little like sandpaper. They have free breakfast of course. The rooms seemed to be very well insulated. I didn't hear my neighbors at all and I didn't hear the rain either. There is a mall right by the hotel and plenty of places to eat. A Starbucks is super close as well which is convenient.

Typical which is a good thing. Good location next to large mall with movie theater.

Good rates-Hampton Inn across the street was $30 more.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast typical.

Again no surprises

Fast and efficient check-in but not very welcoming. Asked for and received a top floor room that was clean and quiet. The property is located about one block from the main street through town which kept traffic noise to a minimum. Good value for the price.

The room could use some updating. The bathroom door appeared to be temporary. No hooks for hanging wet towels or clothes while changing. Nice to have small fridge, micro and coffemaker. A/C was noisy. Good location with Rudy's BBQ across the street and mini mall next door. We booked at last minute and were lucky to get a room as they were almost sold out as was the hotel across the street.

Hi Donna B ,

I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on your recent stay with us. I am very sorry to hear that your room experience was not to your expectations. Your room in particular was in process of a much needed bathroom door replacement . To allow for availability of the room, a temporary door was put in place and I regret that we did not consider the addition of a robe hook in our urgency. That was an oversight that has since been corrected, along with a new bathroom door. My apologies as well for the A/C. All has been addressed with our Maintenance Engineer for awareness and improvement.
I am very pleased to hear that our hotel made for a good choice as an ideal location close to Rudy's BBQ and Plaza Del Sol Mall nearby.
