Everything about our visit was wonderful. Great location, wonderful/friendly service, large room. Hotel restaurant was very good. Definitely worth a visit. Breakfast (included) was amazing!!! Valet service (extra) was convenient.

Room tip: 2nd floor rooms over fudge shop were quite and huge (I forget room number)

I stayed in room 411 (master king suite) and it was amazing! The huge bathroom had its own TV and a jacuzzi tub. The king sized bed and sheets were heavenly. The service was wonderful, with complimentary champagne upon check-in. I loved it so much I’ll be staying another 2 days at the end of my trip.

What a lovely experience we had at this beautiful hotel. It has lots of character and the history is fascinating. The rooms are large and have many comforts you would expect at home. It is perfectly located to enjoy all the neat spots of Downtown Asheville. From the Valet service, to housekeeping, to the front desk, the staff is exceptional and attentive by making restaurant suggestions to places to hike. When you check in you are greeted with a cold bottle of water and/or a glass of champagne. We will be back!

We loved staying in our spacious comfortable suite at Haywood Park in Asheville. Lots of room, in the middle of downtown, close to rooftop restaurants and bars, wonderful shopping, talented street musicians, and more. Very nice and comfortable room with a delicious breakfast included. Hotel staff was super and took great care of all our needs. We will definitely go back.

There is not a better hotel location in Asheville. Period. It is steps from restaurants and shopping and a hop on-hop off bus stops at the front door. It's a nice property with a friendly and helpful staff. We stay here every time we visit.
