Spent 2 nights here and was elated with property!! Great rate, room was super comfortable, clean, quiet, got upgraded to a suite, and loved the location. Did not use shuttle into town. Parking at the hotel was very good, lighted, and close. Breakfast was nutritious and room where served was very nice. Front desk staff was professional and very helpful. Fire pit was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Asheville.More

The rooms are big, clean and modern. The staff was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. Gave us a map of Asheville and directions. They have a shuttle that goes to downtown Asheville. Wi fi was easy to get on. Price was reasonable. Big fire pit outside and nice indoor pool. Bathroom shower is awesome. Would stay here again

Spent 2 nights there based on location and reviews. We were bit hesitant when we first walked up as we were met by 2 other guests with 2 large, un-kept dogs. (We are not dog haters, but these dogs were a mess. Truthfully I felt sorry for the poor fellows being owned by such uncaring people),
We were pleasantly surprised as the hotel was fresh and clean with no problems. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Check in and out was quick and efficient.
They have a very nice outside seating area with a fire pit. even on the cold night people were using this area for relaxation and comradery. Another nice amenity in the lobby was the fresh cookies, coffee and tea available 24 hours a day.
If I were to complain at all it would be about the breakfast...it was so-so. Not up to the standard set by the rest of the facility.
Will definably stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here overnight last week. As soon as we walked in the smell of the cleaning products was too strong for my boyfriend (they must have just finished cleaning the room). We called the front desk to ask for a new room and they did not hesitate to help us. The new room we were given was perfect. Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The free shuttle comes in handyl when you want to check out the Asheville breweries (which we did). Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of options to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel, convenient to downtown Asheville, North Carolina and the Biltmore Estate. The room that I had was nice, the shower was kind of different as it did not have a door that would close completely. There was only half of the shower covered with no bath tub. I guess it was a new design for showers, the continental breakfast that was included was ok with all the basic breakfast items. The hotel parking is pretty bad, because of the car dealership that is located in front of the hotel. There is also a small shopping plaza that the hotel shares a lot with which can be good or bad depending on what you are looking for when you stay there. If not for the parking my rating would be higher. Also the hotel is pet friendly for those who need it.

This hotel sits in a strip mall, which leads me to my first quirk. Parking is not available right in front of the hotel. Parking is on either side of the hotel; on of which is in the strip mall. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. We were upgraded to a king suite which was nice. The room was a bit small for a "suite." Second quirk, the layout of the room did not flow. While it was two separate rooms without a door, the seating area lacked a coffee table, but had a seat and mirror between the fridge and closet. Maybe it was the modern concept. My husband and I both thought the bed was hard (which for many people is not bad). The breakfast was good and had breakfast bars, apples, and bananas you could take for the road. They also had cookies during the day. Another quirk - one elevator. While the wait was not too long, it just seemed like the hotel should have 2 elevators especially since this elevator was the squeakiest elevator I have heard in a hotel. Again, nothing terrible to pick out. While compared to other hotels in Asheville, the price was more reasonable, I would probably stay somewhere else if in the area because of the location and parking.
