My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary here. The hotel was clean and the food at the restaurant was fabulous. The waiters were very attentive and respectful. The cleaning staff also respected our request of not entering our room during our stay. The location is in the village with plenty of shops, restaurants, breweries and of course the Biltmore estate. I would definitely book again at this hotel.

Such a perfect getaway! Great staff, rooms, and restaurant! We’ll be back!!!! We walked or Ubered everywhere. Our dinner at the Red Stag Grill was absolutely amazing! Our room was clean and beautiful. The art and decor throughout the hotel is just breathtaking and very lodge-like, which made for such a relaxing environment! Looking forward to our next trip to Asheville!

Let me start by saying, if you're debating whether to book this hotel, DO IT! My wife and I stayed there on 23 FEB 2021 and it was fantastic. The excellent service we received during our stay began upon arrival. We were enthusiastically greeted by the valet staff and overwhelmed by their professionalism and desire to help us get checked in. Upon check-in we were greeted by Devontte. We were immediately impressed with this young man and his professionalism and efficiency . He was a pure delight and offered my helpful suggestions after learning that this was our first time visiting the Asheville area. I surely hope that this young man remains a part of your team and is given the opportunity to excel in higher echelons of your organization. After settling in we visited the Red Stag restaurant. We enjoyed the delicious crab cakes and finished the meal with the best carrot cake that we've ever eaten. Overall excellent accommodations, comfy beds decor to die for. We will be returning.

We have stayed at Grove Park and the hotel on the Biltmore property, but The Grand Bohemian is our new favorite place to stay. The room are far better and the service is second to none. From the moment you pull your car into the valet, you will notice an instant difference in this hotels gracious welcome. I can't say enough good things about the service staff, front desk staff, even staff walking through the hallways are so hospitable and so very warm and inviting. We can't wait to come again.

The place was amazing and beautiful. The customer service was great, we got checked in and out quickly and they were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the atmosphere and peacefulness of the room even though we were so close to the road. We will stay here again!
