Everything about Curate is perfect. From the slow careful preparation of each small plate to the variety of offerings. The high ceilings and spacious seating create a low decibel environment for a quiet dining experience. Try the olive jar with several varieties including the smallest ones I have ever eaten. Inspired by Catalan tapas they match the originals with offerings of scampi, pulpo, calamari, and other seafood. I started with a wild mushroom soup that set the bar for the rest of the meal. The three of us ordered more than a dozen plates and the final check was surprisingly low. A lovely server was the desert. A must do when in town.
