Surprised to enjoy our visit.. We selected this property after an un-expected complication with an Airb&b reservation requiring us to divert to a hotel. After a brief internet search, we were seeking an attractive room rate on short notice. We were greeted by a wonderful front desk agent with a nice sense of humor. In a short time finding we were from the same small village, Gulfport on the Florida Coast we related..
The guest room was spacious and comfortable and CLEAN. The AC was perfect, quiet and efficient without disturbing noise, (Rare in a wall unit).

The breakfast was well presented and the staff friendly and accommodating. Just a little sidebar... The guest room floor ice machines were located in an attractive hall alcove actually impressively decorated, making it feel a little special. These added touches (not required) were found throughout the property delivering an overall relaxing, not so commercial pleasant experience. Congratulations to the interior designer that produced a Zen Like atmosphere. We learned this property was owned and operated by a small management company with a collection in the Asheville area.
From one hotelier to another... Great job all around.More
