Food was ok, but one of the waitresses was terribly rude. After we asked for one of the side dishes to be heated she said it's supposed to be cold. We said that that's understandable, but we would like it heated please, and she said no, rolled her eyes and left. She didn't return and we then asked a separate waitress if she could heat up that side dish, which she immediately did, without protest or criticism. So not all staff was rude, but all it takes is one person to make you feel unwelcome. When we left, we told both waitresses that we though she had been very rude in that situation, and while the polite waitress apologized, the one who had been rude stared at us saying nothing. Also, we had planned not to leave a tip; however, you have not option! Tip was already included in the bill, which probably explains why staff does not care about providing a good service. I would not return, and do not recommend this place.

BiBimBap w/ tofu is my “go to” dinner. Complemented by Edamame and a large Sapporo. Always a good meal.

I got jajjangmyeon and it was really good. However with tip and tax the bowl came out to be $16 so I'm very conflicted haha

Small place, but good Korean food. 3.5 stars. Almost 4, but closer to 3.5....

STAFF: Friendly

ATMOSPHERE: Small, and the TV was WAY too loud (Chinese music videos), but the volume seemed to drop a bit during the evening.... It shouldn't be hard to talk in a restaurant....

FOOD: We got the Bibimbap, and it was tasty. We needed to add the flavorings that came with it, to enhance the flavor, but it as reasonably tasty. We also got the Vegetable Pancake, and that was VERY TASTY = we didn't have to add any flavorings to that, to enjoy it (although adding the flavoring enhanced that too!)

BEVERAGES: Loved that they had a Korean beer called Hite -- it was a nice change of pace, and tasty too! They did NOT have any seltzer/club-soda/tonic-water, so we could not get any no-calorie/no-chemical sparkling water option (they really should add this). So we had to get a soda.... The wine was good, but they did not have any Quartino sized wine options -- just a glass sized option, so it can get quite pricy for two glasses of wine.... And the Green tea was good, but it was not complimentary (it is often complimentary at the restaurants in Chinatown).

So overall we do recommend you try the Korean food here - it is not a bad place.

The atmosphere took a hit on my ratings and the service was so-so. However, the food was so good, it completely negated some of those factors. The Bulgogi- Spicy Pork isn't grilled exactly how I am used to it, but it was still amazing. The portions were large and prices were good. We came back a second time and still loved it.
