We always love to hear from a guest who has had an exceptional experience and will be sure to share your comments and praise with our staff. It is great that you were pleased with the size of your room and bathroom in addition to our waterfront location. As you experienced, we do offer one of the most generous sized standard hotel rooms in Boston at approximately 430 sq. ft. From location to service, the InterContinental Boston team understands the importance of both. Our staff works very hard to make each guest’s experience memorable and to exceed their expectations. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and hope that we will welcome you back in the future.

Great hotel in a great location. Room was large and even had an extra office space. Only stayed for one night but the food delivery to the room was great and there was a large number of restaurants to choose from.

My girfriend and I recently spent a weekend in Boston to do a little sightseeing. I know InterContinental Hotels are usually very nice, but this was my first experience. This was a very classy, sleek, hotel that was also very comfortable.

Pros:

- Great location for the harbor
- Excellent service (let me check in early in the morning) and were very kind
- New and clean, and luxurious without being overbearing or gaudy
- Walk most places (however, a little far from the shopping district and the park)

Cons

- No shuttle service to airports

Excellent room, excellent location, excellent service. Will remember when I return to the city again.

We are delighted that we could provide a spectacular experience for you and your girlfriend during your visit to Boston and it is great to hear that the pros outweighed the cons. Our staff strives to provide excellent service to our guests and exceed their expectations. As you experienced, our sophisticated and artful interior décor of the hotel stylishly mixes classic with modern. Enhanced by original artwork, plush furnishings, stylish architectural touches and rich fabrics, each room is graciously designed offering one of the larger standard hotel guest rooms in Boston at approximately 400 sq. ft. The luxuriously modern guestrooms and suites feature stunning views of Boston’s waterfront, city skyline and the Rose Kennedy Greenway. We try to ensure that each guest’s visit is never the last, and look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

Great deal on hotwire ... Bed was soo comfortable, room was clean, the only downside was that our view was of construction and another building ... guess that's why we got the great deal. We weren't in the room that much so it was alright. Also our TV was not working and it took 3 hours for somebody to take a look at it.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Our staff is dedicated to exceeding our guest expectations with their attention to detail in maintaining our facilities. It is great to hear our luxurious beds could provide you with a good night’s sleep so you are energized to explore the city. We take great value in our guest feedback - good and bad. In regards to the construction, they are in the process of building the new Boston Tea Party Ship Museum slated to open this summer. Upon your next stay at our hotel, we highly recommend you check it out. We apologize for the issue you faced with the TV and that it took so long to be fixed. We hope it didn’t inconvenience you too much and we will be sure to share your comments with our staff to make the necessary improvements. We are delighted that you enjoyed your overall stay with us and hope you will visit us again in the future.

The InterContinental was beautiful! Park next door though, do not park at hotel, it's too expensive. We parked at the garge next door and it was 10.00 for 24 hours on the weekend, we saved 30.00! It's about a one minute walk from garage to front door of hotel. We walked to the seaport convention center from the hotel, took about 12 minutes, not bad at all, much better then having to pay to park somewhere else. At night, we took a taxi to the North End for dinner ($9.00) and then decided to walk back to the hotel after dinner becasue it seemed short, took us about 15 minutes, but it was great to walk, we felt very safe even though we were the only ones walking. The hotel itself was amazing, so clean, and the room was great, it had a huge shower and awesome tub. It also had a slidding window between the bathroom and the bedroom which was fun to keep open :) I've stayed at the Bellagio in Vegas and I think this hotel is just as nice and quieter! Only downside was the room wa shot at night and you didnt have the option of putting the AC on and cold not open a window.

Room Tip: We faced the city and I thought it was very nice, any location would be fine so dont pay extra.
