The food was good...don't expect gourmet this is an old fashioned hamburger joint. Milkshakes were delish! The atmosphere was all Elvis and we got to sit in the Elvis Booth. Don't worry if you don't get to sit there to eat...you can get pictures in between diners.

We were on a budget so stopped here for lunch and diner, then breakfast the next day. Where else can you feed a family of 4 for $11.51. Kids had grilled cheese and fries. We had 3 burgers/fries between us. Tried the dough burger and it was good! $1.42 ea! Sat in Elvis booth twice. There is a photo of him there to verify he actually ate there. Staff were super friendly. It is old and small but super cool. Would highly recommend.

This place is a definite must-see. If you're a vegan whose gonna complain about a burger, then don't stop. If you want to remanence about a childhood experience with great burgers, rings, and history then don't miss it. Friendly staff, fast service, really good food. And by the way, Elvis ate here regularly and has a booth.

Visited Johnnies with our guides Memphis Mikes Road Trip, sat in Elvis's booth, and had a burger. Staff we so welcoming. Lots of memorabilia on the walls. Fascinating. Thanks to Sue.

Phoned ahead - twice, hoping to reserve Elvis' booth for our lunch (since we had come all the way from Norway...). However, they do not reserve tables. But after a few moves, while waiting for our food, we ended up in Elvis' booth! Friendly service. Food was ok. Very 60's feel to it all. So glad we stopped by!
