This was a must see for me being in New York. Not as big as the movie make it out to be but definitely a beautiful piece of art. I will go back next time in New York! Really Loved it .

The Statue of Liberty is amazing to see in person. A short boat ride from Battery Park and you are there. Incredible. On a side note: we signed up for a tour that allows you to go to the Crown. We waited at the designated location, and the tour company, Amigo Tours, never showed up and no one answered the phone. If you want to go on a tour of the Crown, Do Not use Amigo Tours.

OK so here's the facts!! There are no queue jumping options, expect to queue for at least 1-2 hours. I would recommend booking the pedestal and the crown as this is such a unique experience and we all loved it. You do need to book in advance but I found climbing too the top a real privilege as only 200 visitors can do it a day. You do need to be of good health to climb as it is tough, it's also very claustrophobic as the spiral stair cases are very restricting

honestly I expected more from this statue but at the end I enjoyed it just because I was with my friends.
