Always refreshing from the city vibe. Eight and ten year old grand children enjoyed the rocks and paths

When in New York we always go to the poet’s walk in Central Park and sit on a bench. This is very peaceful and the trees are gorgeous.

We drive to NYC (from Washington DC) about once a year. After we check into our hotel we always walk up to Central Park. We just roam for hours! There are so many interesting 'pockets' there - you never know what you'll see. There are paths and trails and you just walk. Nothing better to do after a long car ride.

An enjoyable walk in the park, abundance of birds and squirrels despite it being a drizzly day. Art and craft stalls were set up along the Mall. Children were enjoying the carousel. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the park on a nicer day.
