It’s been years since this beautiful old mansion part of The Palace, was formerly the famed Le Cirque which we dined in back in the day when service was impeccable to justify the cost. Unfortunately even tho the ambiance and food is above average, the service, friendliness, and food options were below. In the end- it nets out to average. Family of 4: $280 for brunch. Keep in mind: Easter Brunch (menu attached) so you should expect even more. However, sadly no Easter or Passover decorations. Only dessert was cheesecake ! Not even chocolate! No chocolate on Easter?! A sin. But seriously, we ordered the bakery items in lieu of having bread to start and they all had that crispy, sitting around awhile first impression. The waiter never brought over bread plates and didn’t return for over 10 min so we used our saucers from coffee to put the croissants on. Not a big deal (not being stuffy) but again the high prices didn’t justify the lack of service or detail. The food was excellent tasting we all must say. Very small portions (but expected). Waiter did not make any conversation and did his job, but with a lack of engagement.
