Dining at Palma is much like a visit to a Tuscan farm house. The atmosphere is quaint and relaxed. We began with the Cavolfiore Palma (sautéed cauliflower with pine nuts, currents, and caramelized onion) as an appetizer. It was delicious, and the serving was generous; perfect for sharing. The pappardelle with slow roasted lamb, olives, rosemary and pecorino sardo was also delicious. The lamb was very tender. Service was very welcoming, efficient and helpful.
