One of our go-to spots for any trip to NYC. Wonderful sushi rolls, and awesome lobster rolls at lunch!

Great location if you're going to a show after. Be sure to get reservations allowing for plenty of time to get to your theater before the show starts. Food was delicious. Our only complaint was that one of the managers - not thin female with blondish hair in a ponytail - literally started to grab my plate near the end of the meal as I had a forkful of food headed to my mouth. I have never seen anything so rude. She was trying to "help" our waitress, maybe thought she would turn around tables faster. My companion had already finished, had her plate removed immediately when she was done. I had to say "No" very firmly. Just awful for what is supposed to be a "fine dining" restaurant in Manhattan.

Had the pleasure to dine here after the theater last evening 9/10 at the recommendation from our hotel-the Library Hotel. Quite honestly the food was superb-the sushi, dumplings, shrimp/lobster spring rolls, heirloom tomatoes, watermelon and Burrata salad along with the sesame crusted bigeye tuna were all incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The speciality cocktails were terrific as well. The service was exceptional, our waiter James was extremely helpful, friendly and provided insightful recommendations which made our dining experience outstanding. He is a true professional and a great guy, and a gentlemen. Truly an outstanding experience, we can't wait to return again on our next visit to NYC.

Food was quite good but service was lacking. The placebos being renovated so it's not quite in there swing of things. Waiter took 20 minutes to approach table after seating and seemed mellow and distracted at the same time. Needs a service overhaul.

Excellent chicken dish and spicy tuna roll. The best tuna entree that I have had in a while..a bit too much sesame seeds, but delish noodles.
