This Restaurant could also be in Catania or Neapel.among the best sweeties i ever got.in New York ,for me,the best.better than all the famos Locations which are a "Must" in NY.

i am not a Fan of the bakeries in NY,but Bruno is nearly Perfect. Worth a visit,if you like the typical italian taste.c

Everything is absolutely great about this place. Starting with the convenient parking lot in the back, which made it much easier in a cold winter day. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, welcoming and and often asks if there is anything that you need. The brunch is sumptuous to say the least. It includes a tray of delicious bakery items and fresh fruit. The cappuccino is very tasty, and the brunch entree too. The only comment is that there is way to much food served and we, and many tables around us, ended up bring most home. My omelette ended up in the garbage after an hour in the car with the eat on. I am European and prefer smaller portions in general, but this were way too huge even for my american crowd and made me feel like diner portions almost, rather than the beautiful Italian bakery that Bruno is.

We go here every single time we are in NYC (which is about every 4 to 6 weeks) ... we always have the cannoli which are amazing ... and trust me we have tried cannoli all over the world ... they are even better than the ones we had right in Italy ... it's a great place for breakfast or coffee ... and you have to try the cannoli.

Food and service were excellent. our only complaint was the noise level which usually is not an issue but both of my parents wear hearing aids and were therefore not able to converse with us through the meal. otherwise it was excellent

We visited Pasticceria Bruno last evening for dinner. It was, indeed, a fantastic dining experience. Our server, Adam, could not have been more pleasant! He was very familiar with the wine list, as well as the menu. We each chose a pasta special with two types of clams and crab meat. It was delicious and, of course, we had some to take home.
