Best Hotel ever

I have visited Baccarat hotel for my birthday last week and I want to say that I have had the best treatment ever! From the very moment I called to get some information before check in ,I was greeted by Mr Solomon who provided all of the info I need and made my stay an outstanding one. Mr Solomon welcomed me at check in, made sure I was treated with the utmost care for my birthday until the day I checked out. I would like to recognize Mr Solomon for making the experience a flawless one, I will certainly be back and for a longer stay. Thank you again for going above and beyond Mr Solomon!

Luxury at it's finest

What an amazing hotel. Best night sleep I have ever had in Manhattan. Our room was superb. The bed and pillows were perfect. The mini bar is stocked with top notch spirits and there are plenty of baccarat to enjoy them with. We had appitizers and wine at the bar. The tuna tartar and the cheese selection were fantastic. Not inexpensive but worth it. The staff are fantastic. I can hardly wait to return

Quiet Luxury in NYC

Having made the rounds of all the top properties over the years, we had never stayed at Baccarat Hotel NYC. We knew we would be pleased with our stay from the moment we entered. The Doorman, Front desk staff especially Gjineta were excellent. Our fabulous suite included all the fine touches one would expect in a Parisian hotel. The Baccarat glassware in the room was a nice touch. The Spa, Dining, and Bar were also exceptional. This luxurious hotel was truly a pleasure to stay in. We will be returning to this hotel in an excellent location

Understated grandeur…

I have an affinity for Baccarat crystal and I love the way they have incorporated the crystal-inspired design throughout the hotel. The high standards of hospitality make it one of the top choices for those seeking a luxurious stay off 5th Ave. With personalized service and a refined, elegant setting, the hotel ensures a memorable experience. Dining here is also a treat, The Grand Salon, A Parisian-inspired lounge serves a refined breakfast with champagne offerings. The Bar is a stunning space to simply have a cocktail and admire the many opulent chandeliers…the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a decent size for NYC. My only concern is there’s lights that shine all night coming from the alarms on the ceiling. Which makes the entire side of the room light up.
