Arrived in a pouring down rain storm and a sign said that the Valet parking was full. We called the hotel and explained that we were going to spend the weekend at the hotel but needed to know where to park, we were told by the representative at the hotel that "we had no choice but to walk in the storm carrying our luggage." When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had plenty of valet for overnight guests. When I asked the front desk why they had us walk in the rain I was met with a blank stare. I asked to see a manager. The manager who was named Aaron came over, I explained what had happened and he did not care. He just insinuated that we were lying, I asked him if we, who were soak to the bone carrying soaked luggage, looked as if we were making up the story, he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. The restaurant is 5 stars in my opinion, Veronica the waitress was even better than 5 stars. The conference rooms were nice but kept very warm. The Hotel could be a diamond, except for the customer service including managers.

Recently spent 3 nights during a trip to the area for business. I found the hotel staff to be excellent. Rooms are as to be expected at a full service Marriott. This hotel has switched to the new Marriott concept and changed the traditional concierge lounge on an upper floor to the new Club M concept. This club is for guests who with pay a premium for access or are Marriott Platinum Elites. The club is wonderful. This is the first one that I have seen with a large full, service bar. Really enjoyed the club in the evenings and again for breakfast each day. Diner in the hotel resto was good. Steaks very good if a tad expensive.I will definitely stay here again on my return.

We were in town to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were met by Lloyd for our ride from the airport to the convention center hotel. He was a walking talking library of the most useful, pertinent, and on the spot information about restaurants and attractions in the area. He is a valuable asset to the hotel and to visitors. Look him up! In addition, Percy, another wonderful associate of the hotel was full of warm smiles and helpful info about the hotel. Very comfortable accommodations with great staff.

We went on college visits this spring break and stayed at different places and have to say that this is a great place. Centrally located.. the restaurant on site has a great menu. The staff is friendly. I had a great stay... I would recommend it to friends and family. By the way, great location for business meetings and conferences since it is somewhat adjacent to the convention center. Management is doing a great job and this hotel.

This is an older hotel that appears to have the rooms recently renovated. As with most hotel renovations, they always skip some corners, and this one was the same.

Overall clean room, friendly staff, and good hotel (only have Valet parking on premises).

There were some areas that stood out (falling paint on the 12th floor rooms that overlook the lobby, and Major Dust Bunnies in the elevator shafts (don't have glass elevators if you're not going to have clean views).

I did give this hotel a Very Good rating, as I'd stay here again.
