Stayed here March 8-9 and was pleased with the location and the room. I spend about 90-110 nights a year in mostly Hilton properties and this one is a good one.
The front desk person at check in called me by name the several times I passed his station and I liked that. He was very professional. I had to pass by once to retrieve something from my car and I asked about my free bottles of water that he forgot to give me at check in as is a perk for Hhonors Diamond members. He advised me to check the refrigerator in my room and if the water wasn’t there to call and he’d bring them to my room. No need to call, the water was there as promised. I appreciated that the water was already in the room because they usually hand you your two bottles while you’re trying to juggle your luggage, hang up clothes and laptop back pack en route to your room.
The breakfast was excellent being made to order or a buffet all for about $13. The waiter was very polite and tried very hard but the restaurant was busy and he was the only one attending tables. My cooked to order breakfast arrived as expected and was tasty and served hot.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and conducting business I Little Rock.
