We stayed here for a 'fun Philly Friday night.' We pulled up and the bellman was attentive to take our car. We strolled up to the front desk, handed the gentleman my credit card and license, and in the course of the 3-5 minutes it took him to check us in, I don't even think he looked up at us. No hello, no thank you for joining us, no 'thank you for being platinum premier,' no smile, nothing. When he handed us our room keys, I said, could you tell me what amenities are included with my stay as I am platinum premier. His response was, 'you already have a nice room.' Lordy. I grabbed my keys and proceeded to walk in circles to find the elevator. This is Ritz-Carlton service? Yowzers.
Our room was lovely. They are a very nice size, even for the standard. We loved the service at the bar and the openness of the beautiful space. Would stay again, but wish that the front desk service were a tad nice and recognized loyalty.More
