Owner description: People-watching is the favorite pastime at this busting park, with loads of benches to accommodate weary pedestrians.

...seems the wealthier people live in the buildings around this square and indeed, you see a lot private residences, fancy dogs being walked, as well as people watching people sitting at the cafes and restaurants around the place and eating oysters or stuff like that...The park itself offers some nice sculptures but de to the amount of people there during Easter....no peace to enjoy...

I've never seen so many fancy dogs in my entire life. Seriously though, its a beautiful green space in the city

Not sure if it even is square or slightly rectangular, that's how interesting this place is that I'd even ponder that. No better or worse than most of the other squares in the city other than the quality of restaurant surrounding it, but this is not a restaurant review so that doesn't help much.

St Patty’s Day and the city of Brotherly Love was alive with green as it is a big deal in Philly.

Everyone pretty much dressed up in a good mood.

I really had no expectations and was just walking through. I thought it would be a lovely place for a picnic when a little bit warmer.
