Lots to learn here about George Washington and his slaves. What happened here and how he got around a Pennsylvania law.

I knew going in this was an outside exhibit but I think alot of people were a little confused. However, the information shown is interesting to read and see.

If your in the area to see the Liberty Bell then do the tour of this historic building too. If your on a budget there are some areas you can access for free or there is a more extensive tour for a charge. Interesting to see such a icon piece of history

Both strange and amazing at the same time. Really isn't a house. Just brick foundation walls. Still amazing if you know the history.

Good trip. This attraction is located directly in front of the Liberty Bell Center. We arrived at approximately 10:15 am after finishing our tour of the Liberty Bell Center. The President's House contained many informational plaques about the site of the nation's first executive mansion. Both George Washington and John Adams lived in this house during their terms, and were the owners of nine enslaved individuals. There were several televisions set up around the perimeter of the house that went over the history of the location and its significance. There were also several glass encasing's that contained actual remnants of the building from several hundred years ago.

Tip: I recommend spending 45 minutes here if you truly want to see everything.
