Excellent hummus, and excellent flavoured toppings. The menu changes daily so be sure to check what is on their Instagram menu.

We went there under a recommendation of a friend, and we were pleasantly surprised. There were 4 of us and we originally planned on get two bowls of hummus to split as an "appetizer". However, after getting the roasted tomato and zucchini hummus, as well as 2 extra pitas- we soon realized this would be our dinner! I would go back in a heartbeat!!

My daughter and I ate at Dizengoff for lunch on a Saturday. It was fairly crowded around 1:15 but we were able to get a seat at the communal tables. Our order took about 10 minutes from the time we got in line until we were served. We ordered the Tehina hummus and the Beet hummus, which were both generously portioned. The platter comes with a large, fresh, piping hot pita and a nice serving of Israeli salad (cucumber and tomatoes). Everything was delicious. My daughter has been to Israel several times and said that the hummus reminds her of Israel. I can't wait to return to try another flavor!

You eat hummus here and in Zahav, you'll never touch other hummus in the US.
In general, all of their hummus are soft, smooth & velvety, tasty and enjoyable. Beef hummus is my favorite since it has that texture called 'meat'...along with the standard slices of veggies & some olive oil.
The cucumber salad with tomatoes & pickle is very refreshing, gives you a reboot on your taste buds.

Pita bread is a yummy cloudy soft & very hot (fresh off the oven) piece yumminess. Order an extra for a dollar...you won't regret!

Space is limited, it has 4 communal benches tables, 4 small high top table spots. Some customer just do take out.

Overall, this is an outstanding place to get hummus. For dessert, cross over to Federal donuts (its sister joint).

Parking is a little bit tough since it is along Walnut. With patience, we found a spot 2 blocks away...worth the walk.

Working in Philly (from Toronto) for a few weeks and the client recommended and raved about Dizengoff.

Thought to myself, "how good could the hummus be". Well, in one word, incredible! Menu is short (one regular hummus, the others changed daily), few draught beer selections, and the service friendly and quick.

If you like hummus, don't miss this spot when in downtown Philly!
