We have eaten here several times in the past and have always enjoyed the meal.
It has a large room with many booths on the side with several tables in the center.
Specials are announced (with no prices given - and then feeling somewhat embarrassed by asking) prior to the order taken.

The menu is extensive but confusing. There are many items listed with no explanation as to what is included or how the dish is prepared ( grilled, fried, baked etc). So we had to ask the waiter about each item. I would have much preferred more info on the menu.
That being said- the food was tasty and well-presented.
A full bar was available. We ordered a glass of wine and it was quite enough.

Julio's is flat out the best Italian restaurant in the West Orange area. The menu is diverse, and the portions are nicely sized. They have all the basic Italian dishes plus your not so basic ones. I recommend the Chef's Giambotta - chicken, steak and sausage with peppers, onions, potatoes, etc. - a real country style dish. They have a liquor license and they do not skimp on the drinks- they are also on the bigger side. Julio is the owner and he is always there. Only downside is the decor. Not very stylish and for some reason attracts an older crowd. But the food can't be beat.
