It turns out that Sunday night in Patchogue is a great night to come to town for dinner. Its not crowded and its easy to get a table anywhere. We were seated quickly at Del Fuego and immediately ordered drinks and a bowl of their famous Guacamole to go with the chips they serve even before the drinks arrive. However, due to the high prices of avocados recently, the waitress warned us that the price for the Guacamole was now $13 instead of the $9 listed ini the menu. We decided to order anyway and it was delicious. The Surf & Turf Fajitas were excellent - they included both Shrimp and Steak. The Beef Brisket Burrito was also a favorite at our table. The food was great as was the service!

We picked the wrong night for a night out. The restaurant was crowded with people. There was a bachelorette party at the bar. We couldn't even hear each other across the table. I guess that is the reason my husband never received his beer. Our server seemed preoccupied when stopping by our table. My burrito was very filling. My husband's enchilada looked as though it had slid off the plate. Remnants of sauce and cheese were all over one side of his plate. Did not make a good impression. Will rethink future restaurant choices in Patchogue.

Excellent Margaritas! We sit at the bar. Never sat in restaurant yet. They give you salsa and chips upon sitting. Ive had quesadillas which were great. Also Loaded nachos were very good.

This place is close to being great, but for a few things. The service, while efficient, is cold. We've been there several times, eating at the bar, but we're not even greeted, never mind remembered. The food is good, but very sweet/salty, so everything tastes like a candy bar. The drinks are tasty, but tiny and expensive.
