I have been drinking smoothies for a meal replacement for months. No smoothie compares to the smoothies at the King! I get the same smoothie almost every time, but it's so good that it's hard to stray! I get the pineapple surf, skinny with lean 1 protein. Add caffeine or immune and you won't be disappointed....or tired or sick! Typically I would have several colds/sinus infections throughout the year, but I haven't been sick in months!!! I definitely think it has something to do with drinking smoothies!!
