Description: The Baked Alaska Restaurant, Lounge and Pizzeria is a dining destination while visiting Astoria, OR. Our Main Dining Room features sweeping views of the Columbia River, our Lounge offers 10 taps with specialty craft beers, plus an extensive wine list featuring Oregon and Washington wines. We also hand crafted cocktails using Oregon distilled spirits. If you are looking for a fun family atmosphere, look no further than the Baked Pizzeria featuring Artisan style pizza right from our 800 degree brick oven. We also have a private waterfront dining room which can seat up to 30 guests, or have your special event catered off site with our custom catering services. Baked Alaska, the only thing we overlook is the Columbia River!

We stopped by Astoria and enjoyed our visit (including the museum in a former jail featured in "The Goonies"). Along the coast, Astoria could be the town with some of the most interesting shops. This restaurant sits on the pier at the end of 12th street, it's a pleasant area and a nice spot for lunch or dinner. The food seems fresh and honest, we enjoyed the steamer clams and house clam chowder. Definitely would come back to Astoria and this restaurant if we passed by this area again.

This is one of our favorites in Astoria. The menu offers ample delicious choices for gluten free and dairy free palates. The staff is friendly and you really cannot beat the backdrop of the Columbia River. We had fish and chips in a tempura batter; first time for our grand-daughter and it was a big hit! The pizzas are equally amazing; had the Mediterranean chicken with a lovely local cider. On a sunny autumn day there no better places to tuck into a lovely meal!

This place is a staple. I can't say I can recommend Baked Alaska desert anywhere...but while here why not... Good for a date, table with a view, a tad pricey, but tasty.

Love the scenery as well. Eat right on the Columbia River where you can watch all the ships transporting their cargo go by. Great variety of food and friendly service. Yummy eats.
