Drink Specials and a unique menu are available at the bar, always worth a night out to take a look at the current exhibits or catch a live show or other event. Occasionally hosts fun burlesque events and small shows. Always a great time. Usually an entry fee for an event, but not a problem if you just want a bite to eat.

I recently attended an event entitled, "Road to Rio" and it was extremely entertaining. Wonderful art and top notch music. Everyone had a great time and I would come back.

I have been here a couple of times for their live music events. I have always come out satisfied with my experience. The musical talent they choose has a wide variety, and always deliver. The nights on when the shows are more lively, the audience really does get up and dance, which is so much fun. Sometimes they offer dance lessons before the event of the type of music, you are about to enjoy. It really helps foster a fun, and engaging show/environment. The typically have a small bar, which makes decent drinks. So overall, very fun venue for live, varied music.

As a school teacher I got to visit here with my students. We had a tour of the current exhibit downstairs and got to meet with one of the resident artists upstairs. The creative alliance is very much a community based program. They have many different nights of entertainment as well as opportunities for local artists to join the Highlandtown arts community. Since this is such a homegrown institution I highly recommend calling ahead and asking about any special accommodations you would like to recieve when your visit. All of the students had fun when we visited and we plan to return in the spring.
