I was a regular customer until I or the owner forgot to give me the doubles I ordered. He accused me of lying. I took my daughter and her friends for lunch, we ordered several items and dined inside. However, I left the store and forgot about the doubles. The following week I called to place an order and mentioned that I didn't receive my doubles last week, he said, "I forgot?" I then said either you forgot or you didn't charge me for them. He then said I was lying and said not to call back there because I was no longer welcome as a customer and hung up the phone. I called back and said we are really having a misunderstanding, he said no you are a liar and hung up. It's not like he gives an itemized receipt so I thought to myself, it's my fault I should've said something once i realized. I thought since I was a weekly customer and we are talking about an item that costs about $ 3.00 that it wasn't that big of a deal. I wasn't asking him to replace the food, I was merely mentioning what had happened. Not to mention he's always giving out unsolicited advice. Bad customer service; however the food is good.
