Me and wife stayed here for our visit to Gatlinburg over the Easter holiday weekend.. Just as a precursor, Gatlinburg is a very small town nestled in the smokey mountains and I don't think there are any good 4 star hotels here..
The hotel was nice and cozy but one thing we had a major issue with and was surprised that nobody has mentioned it here is the hotel entrances are from outside there is no lobby from inside ..All of the rooms open directly onto the parking lot and we did not feel safe as we have never stayed in a hotel like that.. It should be called a motel..
We were told by the clerk at the front desk that all the Best western's in Gatlinburg do not have lobby inside and hotel rooms open into the parking lot..
But if you go around the parkway drive in Downtown Gatlinburg its pretty honky tonky so didn't expect anything better..
There is a balcony/patio underneath the flowing creek which is nice.. The breakfast here was good.. There is also a wine/cheese in the eveningMore
