Had the lasagna, very good. Restaurant was very busy and noisy. Waited about 20 min to get a table. Service was good.

The menu is the same but the food is fresh and the wait time is short. The service we received was great.
It may be older than some Olive Garden's , but I think it is consistently one of the best, the only downside is that it is usually very busy, (Because it is good) Weekends and lunch and dinner time expect a wait for a table. Off hours usually walk in and be seated.
We used to visit several times a year, but it seems like each trip to Olive Garden has become progressively worse. We showed up purposely late (9 p.m.) to avoid a crowd, but were told we would still have to wait approximately 20 minutes for a table. There were tables available all across the restaurant; counted at least 14. We tried to understand why we, along with a lobby full of customers, were kept waiting at that hour. Even if the kitchen was short-staffed, it would have been appropriate to at least let us have a seat. Once we were seated, the kids quickly grabbed up the electronic device on the table and started playing a game. There had been no explanation of this device and we were not familiar with it, so it was alarming to see that we were charged a fee on our bill. (Video games at the table are tacky and inappropriate anyway. We're there to enjoy a good meal with the company of each other; not a third-party distracting device. I have no problem taking the video game away, but it's discouraging that OG is promoting this form of electronic baby-sitting at the dinner table.) But anyway, as far as the atmosphere, it was eerily quiet. I actually missed the Italian music we used to hear. (Not even holiday music.) The food was so-so. Our entire family fell ill the next morning, though. I'm not going to confirm 100% that we obtained the bug from OG, but it was not a good feeling to know we all got sick after our meal there.
The service was pretty good. Aside from forgetting one item after three different requests, our waiter was diligent about meeting our needs. His service was truly the best part of the experience.
The food was good; the service was good but it was a typical Olive Garden. Other than my meal being dumped on the floor from the serving tray nothing else was noteworthy (the meal was quickly replaced)
