My second Ruth’s Chris steak house experience in USA. The best steak in the area and the service always amazing. The filet mignon is the best I ever taste.

We have enjoyed the Ruth's Chris experience in Greensboro many times, but tonight's meal was near perfection! The porterhouse was absolutely delectable, the cremeni mushrooms, brussels with bacon, and the asparagus were prepared perfectly and paired beautifully with the steak. Ruth's Chris has the best bacon, by the way!

The service was impeccable and our salads and drinks were spot on, as well. Our experience lacked nothing. Thank you for a great evening!

There are times you go out and then discuss the pros and the cons of the restaurant you just ate at and then there are times when everything was just perfect. Well, these guys nailed it. I've eaten in quite a few Ruth's Chris establishments and this one was run by far the best. Chris, our waiter, was spot on. We started with a large seafood tower and some unbelievable salads. My friend and I split a Tomahawk Ribeye that was one of the best steaks I've ever had. Several others had the Filet Mignon and I can assure you, everyone was happy. This will be a staple for when I return to Greensboro.

The Happy Hour menu is hard to beat for price and quality if you like to eat early as we do. The burger and fries are excellent.

The atmosphere at the Greensboro location of Ruth's Chris Steak House is very nice and we enjoyed the jazz music being played, although it was a little loud (which is an unusual statement for me to make, being a lifelong musician).
The food choices of those in our party included filet & shrimp, ribeye, garlic mashed potatoes, salads and dessert. The steaks were quality cuts of meat seasoned nicely with salt and pepper, and their signature 500 degree plate on which the steaks are served is one of the meals best features. The plates keep the meat hot / warm until practically the last bite.
For dessert we had the Chocolate Sin Cake and Warm Apple Crumb Tart, both of which are recommended - but be forewarned, the Chocolate Sin Cake is VERY rich (but VERY good too!)
An important thing to know before going is that the menu is a la cart, therefore when you order a steak from the menu it includes no sides at all. Any side items (potatoes, salad, etc.) each are an additional charge . . . baked potato = $8.50, for example, on top of $48 you pay for the ribeye. This ads up quickly, which isn't a problem if the food is some of the best you've eaten - unfortunately comparable food quality can be found at other restaurants in Greensboro for much less.
*There is a less expensive option at Ruth's Chris, which is to order from their Classic Choices, which does include soup / salad, side and dessert. This is a much better price point match for the food quality. *This option may only be seasonal.
The service was very good and our experience as a whole was favorable. It will, however be some time before we visit again, being there are better choices in town for the money.
