Booked online through Booking.com (property shown as Pagoda Heritage Inn but it's both the same). On check-in we were given rooms in a dilapidated section of the hotel - they claimed everything else was sold out. Only one category of rooms are available for booking online and they are the worst,
The furniture is old and literally falling part, linens have outlived their normal life, bathrooms doors are disintegrating, utterly shabby maintenance, Hot water availability is restricted, restaurant is chaotic.

Room Tip: Do NOT book online

Located down town. We tooK 2 semi deluxe rooms. T.V had to be replaced in both rooms. The intercom was also not working. I had to call on external line to get the reception and the manager.Food is too expensive so we took food out side. Toilet fitting also was leaking. Bath room door in room 612 once locked from out side cannot be oped with the Knob.
This is the second time condition deteriorated much now.

Room Tip: Never take semi deluxe Cottages are good

We needed a place to stay for one night before we did an overnight houseboat tour. Overall, no major complaints, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay. We were a group of six and stayed in three cottages, which were cute, but could definitely use some updating. They felt a little dingy and run down. But we slept well. We didn't use the pool, but it looked a little dirty. Breakfast was included and it was alright--your standard Indian buffet. The egg station was the best part. The service was good. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. There's a beer parlour on site if you're looking for a drink.

    Room Tip: Cottages were nice.

I stayed in Pagoda resorts with my friends during my visit to India. We took 3 cottages. Cottages are good and spacious. I would say that the services are poor. Telephone in one cottage was not working, we informed and nobody attended it. Internet was terrible. One cottage didn't had TV signal. Swimming Pool was not clean, looked like they didn't change the water.

Breakfast was very good. Food was very tasty, though I think its a bit overpriced
